Our ‘Woodland Tots' sessions for children aged 3-4 are being run on a Wednesday morning at the Attingham Park National Trust property from 7th May, between 1000-1100
They're suitable for children who are keen outdoor explorers..and for those who need a little encouragement. Everything we do will help them to discover the wonder of the world around them in a safe environment. We firmly believe in inspiring children with the magic of the outdoors at the earliest possible opportunity, and understand the importance of child-led discovery of the natural world. Young children have an incredible affinity with the great outdoors, and a real sense of adventure.
In this session we'll be hunting for bugs, and seeing what lives in the world all around us. We'll also be making bug huts for each child to take home with them.
We will be based at the 'Bird Hide' which is a 5-10 min walk from Visitor Reception (depending on the pace of your little one!). Ask at visitor reception if you aren't sure and look out for the sign on the right hand side as you walk from the courtyard towards the walled garden. There will be shelter provided in the event of rain, and the area is accessible for buggies. All facilities are only a short distance away.
Standard National Trust admission charges apply for non-members
